Make a name tag for school bag.
How about making an mini accordion book. Take your 12×12 and fold it evenly 1/2. Open up and fold the left edge to the center then fold the right edge to the center. Fold the sheet in half again, this time from bottom to top. You will now have the main part of the book which will have 4 segments. Along the Top of one 1/2 – cut 4 separate tops from the 4 segments, being creative! This will create 4 pockets for the tags. Fold from bottom to top and double side tape down. Don’t forget to decorate! Hole punch and tread your tags. Pop in each pocket!
