My daughter loves learning. She knows her ABC’s and 123′s. I would love to be able to take all the credit for her learning, but have to give some of the credit to the wonderful products that I have been given to review here on PennyMindingMom.com. Recently I was sent a new DVD, “Counting Kids” from the new series Snapatoonies – You are so clever! I’ve added this to my arsenal of rainy day activities.
Join Nathan as he rhymes along as he counts his friends from 0 to 10. I love how Snapatoonies encourages your child to count along with him. The Snapatoonies video is bright and colourful. The drawings are simple and clear making it easy for my daughter to see the numbers. I love how they have different children saying the number after Nathan so that my kids can experience hearing other voices say the numbers. Whenever the Snapatoonies theme song comes on my 8 month old will whip his head around to the TV and listen intently to it. I think it’s fantastic that the show holds the attention of both of my children!
Snapatoonies is a wonderful opportunity to help your child learn to count from 0 to 10. I can’t wait to watch the other episodes! We’ve watched this show multiple times and my daughter enjoys it as much now as she did the first time she watched it. As a parent I find it very comforting that I can put this DVD on and not worry about the content. Snapatoonies is a fun-filled counting adventure aimed at encouraging our youngsters to think and respond. Created by two Mum’s, Snapatoonies is an entertaining and imaginative show that my kids, and I’m sure your kids too, want to watch over and over again!
