Have you ever let your daughter play with your make-up only to have her end up looking like a clown and your expensive make-up ruined? Little Cosmetics has solved this problem with their pretend make-up.

I was given the “Essentials Kit” to review. It contains:

  • One Pressed Powder Compact
  • One Lip Gloss
  • One Pink Blush Compact
  • One Glitter Shadow Pot
  • One Eye Shadow Palette
  • Five Piece Makeup Brush Set
  • Non-breakable Heart Mirror
  • Pink Organza Carrying Bag

I love this make-up and so does my daughter. When it arrived and I opened it, I was so surprised at how realistic it looks and even feels. I actually had to touch it and rub my fingers together just to be sure it was fake. I just looks so real. My daughter loves to put her make-up on and be “all grown up”.

The make-up is durable. It stands up to the abuse that my kids put it through. Unlike real make-up that shatters when it’s dropped, Little Cosmetics make-up doesn’t shatter. The cases have stayed intact even though they have been dropped several times.

The colours of the make-up are bright and cheery. Pinks and purples, the most “perfect-ist” colours for my little princess. She loves to play dress up and would steal my make-up. In the end I would have a little girl who looked beautiful, covered head to toe in blush, eyeshadow and lipstick and a box of make-up that was nothing short of being ruined. Now with Little Cosmetics, my daughter can “do make-up” and I have no mess to clean.

Designed for children 3 and up, Little Cosmetics would make a perfect gift for the little princess in your life.

  1. I would love to have the Ultimate Set for my daughter, she would have so much fun playing with it! 🙂

  2. The essentials set is my favorite. Its just enough to have fun with, but not so much that I have to search all over for little pieces that go missing.

  3. The Ultimate Set is my favourite. I have 3 little daughters and it has enough pretend make-up that they could all use it at once
