The snow is still on the ground, but my front window is filled with my daughter’s Science Fair Garden. All that greenery in the window has me dreaming of spring. To help beat the winter blues I’ve used the “Bird Nest” Scrap Kit from Le Scrap De Yas to scrap one of my favourite spring memories of the kids at a local tulip field.
The “Bird Nest” kit contains 30 elements in beautiful pinks and blues with a splash or green, tan and other colours. It has 1 set of beads, 2 birds, 2 bird ornaments, 1 garden ornament, 1 branch, 3 feathers, 4 flowers, 2 frames, , 1 lace rosette, 5 leaves, 3 ribbons, 2 nest and 3 wood elements.
The kit also contains 6 papers. I love the variety in the papers. There are to ‘busy’ papers that are excellent for brightening up your page, and the others are work well to help balance your page and leave space for journaling.

I love that this kit can be used over and over again or mixed and matched with other kits like the “Birthday Party” kit. With Easter coming up, I think this kit would work wonderfully to scrap your Easter holiday and spring photos!
